Carpenter's 101

Carpenter's 101 is an introduction to Carpenter's Church and a How-To for ministry with the poor and homeless. This discussion and experience-oriented class is designed to help anyone grow in an understanding of poverty and how to really help in a wide-range of ministry contexts.

Life in the inner city is a cross-cultural experience. The issues we face are complex and solutions are not always obvious. Without an understanding of the culture and how to help, we may cause more harm than good. Check out our “Ways to Help” page for helpful tools and resources.
